Download public Snaps and Spotlight videos on your iPhone and move them to Photos in one tap — no app, no login.
Free · No login · No watermark
★★★★☆ 3.8/5 · 36 ratingsSnapchat has no save button for other people's Snaps, and screen recording crops the video and drops the quality. With QuickSave you copy the link of a public story or Spotlight video, paste it here in Safari and get the original-quality file with no watermark. Nothing to install from the App Store, and we never ask for your Snapchat account.
Three simple steps
In Snapchat, long-press the story or Spotlight video → Share → Copy Link.
Open quicksave.my in Safari and paste the link into the box above.
Tap Download, then from the downloads arrow choose “Save Video”.
From Safari to the Photos app
When the download finishes, the downloads arrow (⬇) appears next to the address bar. Tap it, tap the file, then use the share button and choose Save Video — it lands in Photos.
If you save Snaps often, install the QuickSave iPhone Shortcut: share the Snap link from Snapchat and the shortcut downloads it into Photos without opening the browser.
Can't find it? Open Files → Downloads; the MP4 is there and can be saved to Photos from the share button.
If the download doesn't start
Make sure it starts with snapchat.com and points to a public story or a Spotlight video. Snaps sent to you in chat are private and have no public link.
Public stories disappear after 24 hours. Once they expire nobody can download them, so save them while they're up.
